2017 in review – This was my best year yet. I successfully planned two of my weddings – the traditional wedding (which happened in my home country, Nigeria) and the church wedding (which happened in Atlanta). I married my Prince Charming in the presence of God, our families and friends. I got to see my family and friends that I haven’t seen in a long time. You realize you’re truly loved when people travel far and near to celebrate with you.
Many things the devil tried to use as lows but God turned them into highs. My only low in 2017 was losing a close relative last week. I thank God I was fortunate to see him in Nigeria few months ago during my traditional wedding. I pray his soul Rests In Peace.
I have my family and friends to thank for a blessed and fulfilled year. And of course, I thank my husband who has been so wonderful, loving and God’s best gift to me. I pray for more blessings and fulfillment as I step into 2018. I have set my 2018 goals. I even plan to do a vision board for the first time ever.
I am very grateful for all my sponsors who have made blogging a wonderful experience for me. I am also very grateful for you all, my readers and followers. Many of you have been with me from day one and have consistently read and shared my posts. Thank you for believing in me and following me on this journey.
I leave you with some preview photos from my church wedding. All photos are shot by Oyediran of Arista Imagery.
I wish you all a wonderful and prosperous New Year!
