Being home for the Holidays reminded me of the natural hair products I used back when I first went #natural. I stopped using them for no reason except I moved to another city and never took them with me and instead replaced them with new products. Well, it’s time to go back to my roots! Time to take back what I left behind! Time to give true meaning to the phrase: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” In this new year, I will be using mostly old products I fell in love with. One of these products is Black Vanilla Moisture & Shine Leave-In Conditioner by Carol’s Daughter. This leave-in conditioner is a remake of the black vanilla moisturizing leave-in conditioner, which I used to love as well.

My review

This leave-in conditioner helps to keep my dull and dry hair shiny and very moisturized. I use it everyday and even tempted to carry it everywhere in my purse. It has definitely come in handy during this cold weather. I don’t need to worry about my hair looking dry or lifeless, as long as I have this product, I’m good to go. It is light, makes my hair soft, and smells really good. It smells like fresh bakery on a lazy Saturday morning, absolutely yummy. The smell stays on the hair for a long time so if you’re sensitive to strong smell, you may love this from a distance.

Price and where to buy

You can get it for $11 from Carol’s Daughter website. I know, a bit pricey but it will be money well spent.
