There are libraries and then there are most beautifully designed libraries in America that you can’t help but marvel at their beauty. I actually have a travel bucket list to visit major US cities just so I can tour the libraries.
I love to read, it’s a good way I spend my free time. In as much as I love digital eBooks and so glad that New York Public Library offers that option I also love paper books. And one of the main reasons I love paper books is the opportunity to go inside the library to explore and admire the beauty.
They say don’t judge a book by its cover but I’ll make a case for this one and say judge away because the designs of these libraries are so beautiful it’s difficult not to judge them by their appearance.
Their soaring and eye-catching architecture and extravagant interiors with frescoed ceilings make these libraries top sights to behold.
See for yourself below for a list of the most beautifully designed libraries in America.
